On the left is a vitamin wheel that can be used to check which foods contain vitamins. Just click on one of the vitamins then underneath you can select fruit, vegetables, nuts to see which foods contain the vitamins. Also you can check the benefits of taking it and the correct guidelines for consuming it.

- Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Thats roughly 8 glasses of water.
- Make sure you get your 5 a day of fruit and vegetables to reduce the risk of disease.
- Aim to do moderate exercise for 30 minutes per day.
- Ask your doctor to check your blood pressure every so often. Healthy is around 120/80.
- Aim to sleep 7-9 hours per night. Sleep and wake up at the same times and your body will programme better.
- Smile more to boost your immune system :-)
Health tip of the month:-
Doing hundreds of sit-ups won't give you a flat stomach. The abs are a muscle just like any other so work it the same way as you would the rest of the body.
