Dan started his career in fitness in 2006 after graduating with a Sport Science Degree. Since then, he has worked his way up to becoming a REPS Level 3 Advanced Trainer and has now achieved Campus Assessor status. He offers weight loss/body shaping, muscle building/toning, junior (11+), boxing/sport specific, injury rehabilitation and core training, as well as nutrition and lifestyle advice. Dan is a pre and post pregnancy specialist – clients who have worked with him un this are have seen excellent results.
He has worked with a wide range of people of all ages and abilities, whilst also being privileged to train members of Charlton and Arsenal Ladies football clubs and even Members of Parliament.
