Medicine Ball Push-Ups
Stability Ball Exercise: Ball Pass
This is a good exercise for the beginner to core exercise using a stability ball. The key to this is coordination between the arms and the legs. Hold the ball in your amrs and pass the ball in between your legs and squeeze it. From there move the ball towards the floor and do the same with your hands. Do the same movement again bringing the ball back to your hands.
Lower Back Exercise
Stability Ball Roll Out
This is quite challenging to do so takes some practice. Go into a plank on the ball and after a few seconds roll the ball as far out as you can then return to the start. Keep doing this for as long as you can last or your posture gives out on you.
