Why Train With Breathe

One thing we offer to every client is before signing up we meet to conduct a consultation that may last 45 minutes to 1 hour. This gives us a chance to meet with obligation to book sessions so you can feel comfortable and confident enough to want to go ahead with training.


The consultation will involve talking about your goals and history in great detail plus your current nutrition and lifestyle. This enables us to go away and design the right plan for you going forward.


Measurements and a small fitness test are usually done during the consultation as they are tracked throughout your training plan.
